In this role, Nitin will spearhead the company's global technology strategy, driving digital transformation across its prestigious fashion labels.
Before joining Capri, Nitin was the Chief Technology Officer at Wellful , where he led AI, data, and digital platform initiatives. His leadership was pivotal in launching a GenAI platform, overseeing ERP implementations, and building a scalable digital health and wellness ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at FreshDirect, serving as SVP of Digital, Technology, and Business Transformation. Over 12 years, he modernized IT infrastructure, introduced real-time AI-driven customer solutions, and played a strategic role in FreshDirect’s acquisition by Ahold Delhaize.
A graduate of Temple University with a master's in computer and information sciences, Nitin is recognized for his ability to execute large-scale transformations and strategically align technology with business growth.
