With 29 years of transformative leadership and deep expertise in cybersecurity, Nawani steps into the role ready to drive the company’s mission forward—helping businesses worldwide bridge cybersecurity and compliance gaps.
Throughout his career, Nawani has set new benchmarks in security solutions. As Director of Sales Engineering at Sophos , he spearheaded the global adoption of network, endpoint, cloud, and email security solutions, as well as MDR and incident response services. His strategic collaborations with channel partners helped refine solution delivery and tackle complex security challenges. His ability to simplify cybersecurity through a clear, insightful approach fostered trust and innovation among customers.
Previously, as Vice President at Cyberoam , Nawani worked closely with engineering teams to enhance products, strengthening the cybersecurity advisor mindset among channel partners in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. His leadership played a key role in Cyberoam’s recognition in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. Additionally, he made a lasting global impact by addressing the cybersecurity skills gap, pioneering Cyberoam’s Global Academy, and forging partnerships with over 40 universities.
His foundation in leadership traces back to his early days managing data center operations at British Gas-owned YOU Broadband, marking the beginning of his extensive experience.
