Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has named Rohit Suri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 12, 2025. With over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Suri has been instrumental in shaping people strategies at esteemed organizations such as Netflix , Paytm , GroupM , Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc), and dentsu International.
At ZEE, he will spearhead strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision, reporting directly to CEO Punit Goenka. Previously, in his tenure at Netflix, Suri played a key role in driving talent strategy in India, pioneering data-driven HR transformation. His extensive expertise spans leadership development, M&A integration, and fostering organizational culture across Asia.
Having received recognition from Harvard Business Review and IMD Business School for his contributions to shadow boards and organizational agility, Suri’s appointment underscores ZEE’s commitment to strengthening its workforce with resilience and innovation at the core.
