Jhilik Sharma has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Talisma.
In this role, she will lead strategic operations, drive organizational transformation, and accelerate growth initiatives—reinforcing Talisma’s position as a trusted provider of customer engagement solutions.
Jhilik brings over two decades of global leadership experience in human resources, organizational change, and business transformation. Before stepping into her role at Talisma, she served as CEO of Medifit Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where she led impactful employee wellness and corporate health strategies. Her career includes a distinguished 13-year journey at Anthology Inc. as Chief Human Resources Officer & Global Leadership Development Head, along with leadership roles in HR and change management at Thomson Reuters and Accenture.
