With an impressive career spanning more than 20 years, he has excelled in HR leadership, with significant contributions at Essar , Shhyfft Consulting (the firm he established), and during his previous time at Glenmark.
Dev's expertise lies in seamlessly integrating strategic thinking with operational execution. In his new capacity, he will oversee global HR strategies to support Glenmark’s expansion across its specialty, generics, and innovation-driven sectors.
