DCM Shriram Ltd. has appointed Hameed Jung as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). He announced the news via social media, marking a new chapter in his journey with the group, where he most recently served as Vice President – HR and Group Talent & Learning Head.
With 17+ years of HR leadership experience spanning pharma, consulting, BFSI, and automotive sectors, Hameed has held pivotal roles at Baxter International Inc., GE Power , and General Motors. A proud alumnus of TISS Mumbai, he is known for his strategic vision in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
As CHRO, he will spearhead DCM Shriram’s people strategy—driving growth through talent and cultivating a dynamic HR ecosystem.
