His leadership has consistently accelerated revenues, fostered impactful partnerships, and propelled growth across channels. At Safalta, he scaled operations by 100x; at USDC, he championed university-led online learning across five P&L divisions. He brings robust expertise in P&L management, digital skilling, and channel strategy.
An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College and IIM Calcutta’s Advanced Management Program, Shajan is known for marrying operational excellence with a people-centric approach. At Aptech, he will focus on fortifying Arena’s market leadership, crafting innovative solutions, and enhancing student outcomes in the creative sector.
