In 2017, Nitin co-founded Efficient Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., and in under a year, the company expanded to 15 states and 25 cities across India. The team issued over 25,000 policies in 10 months, launched an award-winning mobile app, and facilitated premium collections exceeding ₹150 crores in just two years. The firm was recognized 17 times by top insurers for excellence and innovation — a clear testament to Nitin’s ability to execute at scale.

Not one to rest on past laurels, Nitin transitioned to new ventures with renewed vigor. In 2019, he founded InstaPolicy Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Mumbai. Today, he leads a portfolio of four companies with a combined net worth of ₹175 crores, all operating on the principles of reliability, scalability, and people-first values.
