Sreekanth Reddy has taken on the role of Senior Vice President & Head of Leasing (South India) at K Raheja Corp, bringing with him over 20 years of deep expertise in real estate leasing, tenant advisory, and strategic marketing.
His previous tenure at Cushman & Wakefield spanned nearly a decade, where he held key leadership positions including Managing Director – Hyderabad, Executive Director – Tenant Representation, and Senior Director – Tenant Advisory Group. During this time, he was instrumental in scaling tenant advisory services and executing high-impact leasing transactions across Hyderabad and South India.
Sreekanth’s journey in real estate began with foundational roles at Puravankara Projects Ltd., followed by impactful stints at Ascendas, Tishman Speyer, and Bagmane Developers Pvt.Ltd., where he led marketing and leasing initiatives that shaped corporate outreach strategies.
With a reputation for building lasting tenant relationships and driving business growth through strategic leasing, his appointment is set to reinforce K Raheja Corp’s leadership in the South Indian commercial real estate landscape.
